Shipping – Where do you ship from?
We ship from our EU warehouse whenever possible. Some items may ship from specialized production facilities.

Returns & Exchanges
We focus on sustainability and aim to avoid unnecessary returns. Some products are custom-made or produced from sustainable materials, so we cannot offer a general 30-day return policy. If an item doesn’t fit, we handle exchanges individually.

Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, send us a photo and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement.

Order Changes & Cancellations
As long as your order has not been packed or shipped, it can be changed or cancelled.
